Mutual confidentiality agreement
All engagements begin with a formal confidentiality agreement. What we learn about your organisation stays within the engagement.
Data protection compliance
All personal and business data collected during engagements is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Written scope agreement
Every engagement begins with a written scope document. Both parties agree on what is included before any work begins.
Regular progress communication
You will receive structured progress updates at agreed intervals. We flag issues early, not at the end of an engagement phase.
Post-engagement debrief
At the close of every engagement we conduct a structured debrief, documenting what worked well and what next steps look like from both sides.
Independent counsel
Our advice is financially independent. We have no implementation revenue, vendor relationships, or referral incentives that might influence what we recommend.
